📦 Processing Times

All orders are handmade and/or personalised with care.

• Personalised & Handmade Items: Usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

• Non-personalised Items: Usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

• Digital Downloads: Delivered instantly by email once payment is confirmed (no physical item will be shipped).

Please note: During busy periods (such as Christmas or end-of-term seasons), processing times may be slightly longer.

🚚 UK Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail and other trusted couriers.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class: 2–4 working days after dispatch

• Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days after dispatch

• Tracked upgrades are available at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as once parcels are handed to Royal Mail, delays are outside of our control.

🌍 International Shipping

If international delivery is available, it will be shown at checkout.
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by international shipping processes.

💌 Order Tracking

If you select a tracked shipping option, you’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Untracked services do not include tracking updates.

🏠 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your purchase.
We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after checkout, contact us as soon as possible — we’ll do our best to amend it before dispatch.

💔 Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days (UK) or 25 working days (international) after dispatch, please get in touch.
We’ll investigate and work with you to find a resolution.
