Returns
We want you to love your purchase from Daisy & Dot. If there’s a problem with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Because many of our items are personalised or made to order, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your order isn’t personalised, you may return it within 14 days of delivery in its original, unused condition.
To start a return, please contact us at daisydotcornwall@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Personalised & Custom Items
As each personalised product is made especially for you, we can’t accept returns or cancellations once the design has been started or completed — unless there’s a mistake on our part or the item arrives damaged.
Please double-check spellings, colours, and design details before placing your order.
Refunds
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with:

A clear photo of the issue (including all packaging and receipts in the photos)
Once verified, we’ll happily replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original (if eligible) and place a new order.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved, we’ll provide details on where to send your item.

For faulty or incorrect items, return shipping is covered by the customer unless stated otherwise.

For change-of-mind returns (non-personalised only), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
